Each charter comes with a trained crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Each service type comes with specific features — for example, sunset trips provide premium refreshments and small bites, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and professional catering selections.

We suggest reservations 2–3 weeks prior to your planned date, especially in high season (May–September). For business events and private festivities, arrange 4–6 weeks earlier for optimal availability and customization time.

Our primary concern is safety. In the event that our captain considers the weather conditions as hazardous, we'll propose an alternate date or process a complete refund. Weather forecasts are under constant surveillance and should any concerns arise, we will advise you at least 24 hours before set sail.

Certainly, personal food and drink items are permissible aboard the yacht. Nevertheless, our excellent catering services are available with customizable menu options to suit your taste. It's important to acknowledge that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

We aim to be inclusive to all individuals. Certain of our yachts are designed with accessibility in mind. To ensure we provide you with the most accessible vessel, please inform us of any specific requirements during your booking process, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.

For cancellations made 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those cancelled between 24-72 hours qualify for a 50% refund. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of departure, it's non-refundable unless precipitated by adverse weather or mechanical faults originating from us.
